About this talk
How do you define success?
As the eldest son of influential parents, success was expected for Peter Holmes à Court. However, during a notable and multifaceted career, Peter came to realise that success wasn’t quite what he expected.
In this insightful talk, Peter questions current definitions of success and their impact on our wellbeing and on our planet.
Measures of economic growth do not consider the simple things that make life worthwhile. If we define success differently, how might that change the way we live?
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
