
Alicia established her business Alyceum as a 19-year-old and, 15 years on, is well known for her ability to design and facilitate award-winning leadership and board diversity programs, conferences and social change campaigns. She has a Masters in Business Leadership and is the co-author of the book Difference Makers A Leader’s Guide to Championing Diversity on Boards.
She has been recognised nationally in the 2014 Westpac & Australian Financial Review’s 100 Women of Influence List, in the 2017 Westpac 200 Businesses of Tomorrow list and internationally with the BPW International Power to Make a Difference award.
In her latest volunteering efforts, Alicia is the co-founder and inaugural Board Chair of 100 Women, a giving circle which inspires everyday people to become philanthropists through collective giving. 100 Women has raised nearly $370,000 in the last three-and-a-half years and has awarded grants to nine organisations that support women and girls globally.
